We service client accounts weekly. STX Vending uses state of the art technology allowing us to know about most issues before they become issues to you! We monitor our machines 24/7 and receive alert notifications as they arise. This is how STX stays a step ahead of other vending services.

Good question! It means we fill the machine with snacks and drinks from our own warehouse, check the expiration date on the entire inventory, ensure the equipment is in working order and fix it if its not, clean the inside and outside of the machine with environmentally safe cleaners, and check-in with the front-desk employee to address any additional questions, concerns, or preference changes with our service.

Each location we place our machines requires a bit of "science". This means we consider a number of things to include how many machines to put in, what types, the ingress and egress of the traffic and whether any ancillary machines are needed to name a few. All in all, we work with each business owner to ensure all their needs are taken care of serving the highest quality snacks and drinks everyone enjoys. We charge affordable prices for all of our snacks and drinks! Prices vary based on whether or not its being merchandised or a part of an OCS or Pantry service. Prices are never higher than when you would see in a convenience store. No surprises here!

In short, it depends. We prefer to be the exclusive operator for each of our customer locations but, in some cases we may make an exception if the location is large enough and has some distance between the other vending locations. Best if you give us a call and we can talk through it. We ain't scared of some competition!

Currently, we are exclusively operating within the 30 mile radius of San Antonio, Texas. As we continue to grow, we may extend route services to more distant locations in South Texas.
